General Admission Documents
Official Birth Certificate
1 certified photocopy and original birth certificate (Akta Kelahiran) presented for age verification.
Legal IdentificationFamily Card & Parent IDs
1 photocopy of family registry (Kartu Keluarga - KK) and national identity cards (KTP) of both parents/guardians (or passport & KITAS for expatriates).
Family VerificationRecent Color Photographs
4 copies of passport-style color photographs (3×4 cm and 4×6 cm) with red background, wearing formal attire.
Student ProfilePrevious Academic Records
Legalized photocopies of student report cards (Buku Rapor) for the last 2 consecutive academic years (for Primary, Secondary, and High School applicants).
Academic HistoryMedical & Immunization Record
Official medical statement of good health from a licensed physician and certified childhood immunization record.
Health & WellbeingTransfer Letter & NISN
Official school transfer letter (Surat Mutasi), valid National Student Identification Number (NISN), and Dapodik record release for transfer students.

Kindergarten (TK)
Inquiry & Play Continuum
- Nursery: 2 – 3 years old
- Early Years 1: 3 – 4 years old
- Kindergarten 1: 4 – 5 years old

- Observation of social adaptation and motor readiness
- Basic toilet training independence
Grades 1 – 6
Primary School (SD)
Cambridge Primary Continuum
- Grade 1 Entry: Minimum 6 years old by July 31 of enrollment year
- Kindergarten completion certificate (Surat Keterangan Lulus TK)
- Basic reading, writing, and numeracy diagnostic readiness
- Diagnostic interaction with primary educators
Grades 7 – 9
Secondary School (SMP)
Cambridge Lower Secondary
- Primary School Graduation Certificate (Ijazah / SKL SD)
- Certified copies of Grades 4–6 report cards
