• Bachelor's Degree in English Education, Linguistics, or related field (S.Pd / B.Ed / B.A.).
• Minimum 2 years experience teaching Cambridge Primary English or international curriculum.
• Excellent native or near-native English proficiency (written and spoken, minimum CEFR C1 or IELTS 7.0).
• Familiarity with learner-centered instructional methods and modern educational technology.
